Private Dining Options

From intimate family dinners and rehearsal dinners to corporate gatherings and festive celebrations, our private dining spaces offer the warmth, hospitality, and exceptional Italian cuisine that make every event feel both effortless and memorable. Franco’s Room offers a spacious private setting with its own bar and restroom and can be closed off for added privacy— Best for larger private events, corporate gatherings, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and cocktail receptions.
Capacity:
15–45 seated guests
Up to 55 guests for standing cocktail receptions
Food & Beverage Minimums:
Tuesday–Thursday: $1,500
Friday–Sunday: $2,000
December evening events after 4:00 PM: $3,000
No December minimums for lunchtime events
Booking Fee:
$100 non-refundable booking fee, applied toward the food and beverage minimum.

Seats 15-45 people

The Cortona Room is a newly remodeled private formal dining space for groups who want a more intimate, polished setting— Best for formal dinners, private celebrations, family gatherings, and group dining.
Capacity:
8–18 seated guests
Standard Reservation:
No fee for regular dining reservations
2-hour maximum
Dinner seating times: 5:00/5:15 PM or 7:15/7:30 PM
Full Evening Room Reservation:
Tuesday–Thursday: $250 room fee
Friday–Sunday: $500 room fee
Guests may order from the main menu or work with the catering team to create a special menu.

Seats 8-18 people

Beppe’s Room is a cozy private dining room with rustic elegance, located just off the main dining room— Best for intimate dinners, small celebrations, family gatherings, and private meals.
Capacity: 8–12 seated guests
Standard Reservation:
No fee for regular dining reservations
2-hour maximum
Dinner seating times: 5:00/5:15 PM or 7:15/7:30 PM
Full Evening Room Reservation:
Tuesday–Thursday: $250 room fee
Friday–Sunday: $500 room fee

Catering Options

Buffet
Food is arranged on a long table for guests to serve themselves.
Italian Family Style
Platters and bowls are served at the table for guests to pass, share, and enjoy together.
Traditional Banquet Style
A plated menu with starter, entrée, and dessert selections. Final guest counts and menu choices are required at least one week prior to the event.
Full Hosted Bar
Guests may order wine, beer, or cocktails, fully covered by the host.
Hosted Wine Bar
The host preselects wines and covers wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Hosted Wine & Signature Cocktail Bar
Includes wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and 1–2 selected signature cocktails.
No-Host Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks.
Hosting at home or another venue? Nicoletta’s can bring the experience to you with off-site catering, staffing, bar service, delivery, and setup options available.
Staffing Fees:
Servers: $35/hour, 3-hour minimum
Bartenders: $45/hour, 3-hour minimum
Bussers: $25/hour, 3-hour minimum
Delivery & Setup:
Delivery within 10 miles: $25
Delivery outside 10 miles: $35
On-site catering setup: $25
All private room events include a 22.5% gratuity added to the final bill.
Corkage:
$25 per 750ml bottle for in-restaurant events
Large-format bottles are calculated by 750ml equivalent
Outside Wine:
Event hosts may bring up to 2 bottles per 10 guests. Additional wine must be ordered through the restaurant.
Rentals:
Tables, chairs, dishes, flatware, linens, and other rentals are priced at restaurant cost + 10%.
