Our Story
Nicoletta’s Table provides the freshest ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer in our authentic Italian tratorria featuring delicious homemade pizzas, pastas, meats, fish and breads. We have createsd a casual, yet elegant dining experience where around our table everyone is family, friends, and community.
Nicoletta’s Table & Marketplace was inspired by the Torriti family of Cortona, Italy. Giuseppe and Nicoletta Torriti’s love of quality food, gathering around a table to fully experience a meal, and their dear friendship drew Nicoletta’s Table owners, Al and Shari Newman, to create this space.
